Hi! We’re Brent and Robin, your hosts. We’re a husband-and-wife real estate and appraisal team based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and we love beekeeping, gardening, travel, live music, and good food, especially when it means time with our daughter and her husband.

Robin grew up just over the bridge in Atlantic Beach, so this place has always felt like home. We’ve spent years coming back whenever we could, and owning a spot here has been a long-time dream for our family. We’re really grateful we get to share it with you.

You’ll notice some surf and skate influence throughout the house, The Boardroom is a little nod to Robin’s beach days growing up on Bayview Blvd., where she spent her time surfing, beach cruising around town, hanging at Sportsman’s Pier (RIP), and working at a local surf shop. We’ve tried to create a space that feels easy, comfortable, and just right for slowing down.

We also have two very handsome labs, Reggie and Homer, who go everywhere with us (non-negotiable, according to them). As pet people who’ve traveled a lot, we know how hard it can be to find a truly welcoming place to stay with your whole crew, not just the human ones, so that was really important to us here.
